Psoriasis not only aff ects the skin, but also often causes itching, pain, and hinders the performance of daily activities. In addition to physical symptoms, psychological and social consequences such as anxiety, depression, feelings of shame, and stigmatization are also common. To better understand these eff ects, standardized questionnaires are used, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of quality of life and supporting the planning of a personalized therapeutic approach. The disease can have a negative impact on personal relationships, work effi ciency, leisure time and social life. Similar to other chronic dermatological conditions, such as atopic dermatitis or vitiligo, the impact of the disease is strongly dependent on individual experience and perception. The article emphasizes the importance of comprehensive treatment, which includes both physical and psychosocial aspects of care for patients with psoriasis</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Dermatološke bolezni, zlasti kronična stanja, kot je luskavica, pomembno vplivajo na kakovost življenja bolnikov. Članek poudarja pomen celovitega zdravljenja, ki vključuje tako telesne kot psihosocialne vidike oskrbe bolnikov z luskavico</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-LO0ZAEWX"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-LO0ZAEWX" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LO0ZAEWX/19b1e19b-81da-4f05-b910-301503c97999/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LO0ZAEWX/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LO0ZAEWX" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
