Biological markers such as tau proteins, Aß42, PrP, ?-synuclein and neurofilament light chain offer promising possibilities for use in screening programs and simultaneously represent the future of early neurodegenerative disease diagnosis. Concurrently, innovative technologies and new analyses of existing methods are being developed, such as electroencephalography, which could complement existing diagnostic approaches</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Z večanjem števila obolelih za nevrodegenerativnimi boleznimi se krepi potreba po prepoznavanju teh bolezni v zgodnji fazi. Biološki označevalci, kot so protein tau, Aß42, PrP, ?-sinuklein in lahka veriga nevrofilamenta, ponujajo obetavne možnosti za uporabo v presejalnih programih in sočasno predstavljajo prihodnost v zgodnji diagnostiki nevrodegenerativnih bolezni.
