The R-PAS: (a) offers an alternative to self-report methods, (b) provides a useful check against exaggerated or minimised symptom presentation, (c) generates evidence concerning implicit traits and behavioural tendencies, (d) offers techniques for adjusting for abnormal response sets, (e) uses internationally applicable reference data that do not exaggerate or minimise pathology, (f) organises results according to the strength of the evidence, and (g) presents results on which are interpretations are based in a manner that is easy for a layperson to grasp. Methods: We assessed a 42 years old man after traumatic brain injury. To assess his psychological state, we used neuropsychological diagnostics and the Rorschach test. Results: Comprehensive neuropsychological diagnostics showed extremely low results in the immediate memory, a low result of mental processing speed and a low average result in executive abilities. The Rorschach test showed a less appropriate mental processing of perceived information. There were many slips in communication, the connection between objects and situations was less logical, the objects were attributed unrealistic properties. The patient was susceptible to emotional content, but the processing of that content and response to it was unstable, more emphasised and less cognitively regulated. Conclusion: The ability to gain insight into the overall functioning of an individual, as enabled by the R PAS, is a key contribution of the study, as we highlighted the deficient information from classical neuropsychological diagnostics, which is limited to individual cognitive abilities and does not address the individual as a whole. The results of the R-PAS gave us an insight into the patient's unpredictable, impulsive behaviour, reactions in less familiar, stressful, emotionally intense situations, which the results of the neuropsychological diagnostics did not show</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Rorschachov izvedbeni ocenjevalni sistem (v nadaljevanju R-PAS) je nov sistem za izvajanje, točkovanje in interpretacijo Rorschachovega diagnostičnega preizkusa (v nadaljevanju Ro.p.). Rezultati R-PAS so nam omogočili vpogled v bolnikovo nepredvidljivo, impulzivno vedenje, reagiranje v manj poznanih, stresnih, čustveno intenzivnejših situacijah, česar nam rezultati nevropsihološke diagnostike niso pokazali</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-LMF7K6M8"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-LMF7K6M8" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LMF7K6M8/6808160a-0955-46c8-b127-9760bee6849a/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LMF7K6M8/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LMF7K6M8" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
