In the recent years, additional therapeutic procedures such as electromechanical devices for gait training have been increasingly used in rehabilitation beside the conventional neurological physiotherapy approaches. Those devices cannot replace conventional neurological physiotherapy; however, they offer additional possibilities of gait training and decrease non-ergonomic physical stress of therapists. The present article is a survey of research findings on gait training with the Lokomat electromechanical device in patients after CS in different phases of recovery after stroke, its advantages, shortcomings and the different possibilities for training that it offers</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Povzetek Ponovna vzpostavitev hoje je pomemben del rehabilitacijskega procesa pri bolnikih po možganski kapi. V prispevku smo želeli pregledati dognanja raziskav o vadbi hoje s pomočjo elektromehanske naprave Lokomat pri bolnikih po možganski kapi v različnih fazah okrevanja po kapi in ugotoviti, kakšne so prednosti, pomanjkljivosti ter različne možnosti za tovrstno vadbo</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-LI3P4OXV"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-LI3P4OXV" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LI3P4OXV/5e46643e-acb3-4262-95df-a53f0446fe0d/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LI3P4OXV/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-LI3P4OXV" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
