From the perspective of the comparative legal examination, the authors try to identify those legal solutions that might influence the change in the Slovenian legal system in the future. However, the aim of the comparative legal survey is not to emphasize the weaknesses of our regulation. Iz primerjalno-pravnega pregleda avtorja skušata identificirati tiste zakonske rešitve, ki bi morda lahko vplivale na spremembo slovenske pravne ureditve v prihodnosti. Ob tem pa namen primerjalno-pravnega prikaza ni v poudarjanju zgolj slabosti naše ureditve.
