These so-called tripartite employment relationships take different forms, such as temporary agency work, subcontracting, franchising, etc. Of key importance is the differentiation between the (temporary) provision of workers’ work and the provision of services (subcontracting) and the related question of who the real employer is. The paper discusses this issue in the light of the new judgment of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia and in the light of the need for additional judicial and legal determination of the legal protection of workers vis-a-vis the real employer"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku so obravnavana pogodbena razmerja, v katera je vključenih več strank - poleg delavca in ekonomske enote, v kateri (za katero) delavec opravlja delo, še tretja stranka (naročnik, uporabnik).
