The programme has wide public support, neverthless modes of implementation are subject to vast professional and public critique; public concerning expendinture, professional concerning establishing suitable criteria. The next hinderance is the (mis)understanding of the road as an object with cultural value; the consequence of such practice being in the reduction of designers into decorators of adopted decisions</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Nacionalni projekt dograditve avtocest se še vedno, kljub temu, da je realizacija le-tega že v teku, zapleta v osnovne konceptualne dileme o ciljih, kriterijih in parametrih. Program ima široko javno podporo, vseeno pa je v načinu realizacije deležen mnogih strokovnih in javnih kritik; javnih predvsem na temo prevelike zapravljivosti, strokovnih pa na temo vzpostavljanja ustreznih kriterijev.
