Drawing on ethnographic research, it explores their motivations, digital learning practices, hybrid identities, and their relationship to labour and the market. Particular attention is given to digital platforms, which simultaneously enable access to knowledge, visibility, and networking, while also generating new forms of unpaid labour and the pressure of constant online presence. The article focuses on how informal infrastructures – including peer networks, digital communities, and temporary events – sustain handicraft practices under uncertain and often precarious conditions, without eliminating these conditions</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek obravnava mlade rokodelce v Ljubljani, ki delujejo zunaj formalnih institucij in tako ostajajo zunaj formalnih podpornih mehanizmov, vzpostavljenih z novim zakonom v letu 2023. Na podlagi etnografske raziskave analizira njihove motivacije, učenje veščin s pomočjo digitalnega okolja, hibridne identitete ter odnosa do dela in trga. Posebno pozornost namenja vlogi digitalnih platform, ki hkrati omogočajo dostop do znanja, povezovanje in vidnost, a ustvarjajo tudi nove oblike neplačanega dela in pritisk stalne prisotnosti na spletu. Članek se osredotoča na to, kako neformalne infrastrukture – vrstniške mreže, digitalne skupnosti in priložnostni dogodki – omogočajo ohranjanje rokodelskih praks v negotovih in pogosto prekarnih razmerah, ne da bi te razmere odpravile</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-L6XFHKW8"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-L6XFHKW8" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L6XFHKW8/4369b351-d710-4beb-9d6b-04c0f2cd5456/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Filozofska fakulteta (Oddelek za etnologijo in kulturno antropologijo)</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L6XFHKW8/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L6XFHKW8" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
