The abolition of exequatur for Member States bound by the 2007 Hague Protocol has accelerated enforcement but significant challenges remain: fragmented jurisdiction rules, procedural differences between national enforcement systems, and limited access to debtor information. Digitalisation, particularly through iSupport and e-CODEX, is identified as a solution that may increase efficiency and consistency in cross-border cases. The article concludes that minimal harmonisation of enforcement procedures and stronger digital tools are necessary to strengthen mutual trust, enhance efficiency, and provide better protection of children’s rights"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Članek obravnava izzive čezmejne izterjave preživnin v EU s poudarkom na Uredbi 4/2009, ki določa pravila o pristojnosti, pravu, priznavanju in izvrševanju sodnih odločb ter vlogi osrednjih organov. Odprava eksekvature za države članice, za katere velja Haaški protokol iz leta 2007, je pomembno prispevala k hitrejši izvršljivosti odločb, vendar praksa razkriva številne pomanjkljivosti. Digitalizacija, zlasti prek orodij iSupport in e-CODEX, se lahko kaže kot rešitev za povečanje učinkovitosti in enotnosti čezmejnih preživninskih postopkov.
