Double status means a simultaneous drawing of a full or pro rata pension and the carrying out of an employment or activity. Double status has been defined by the following legal constructs: entitlement to a partial pension, re-entry into compulsory insurance with a simultaneous drawing of a pension granted, the drawing of 20 percent of an old-age or early pension, pensioner''s work within another legal relationship, as well as other forms of pension beneficiaries' work"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku je obravnavana ureditev dvojnega statusa od uveljavitve s 1.4.1992 prvega samostojnega in celovitega slovenskega sistema pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja do danes, ko je s 1.1.2016 začel veljati ZPIZ-2B, ki je prinesel bistvene novosti na tem področju. Z dvojnim statusom je opredeljeno hkratno uživanje cele ali sorazmernega dela pokojnine in opravljanje dela ali dejavnosti.
