Its regulatory abilities include gene silencing and guiding epigenetic modifications, enabling the development of drugs like antisense oligonucleotides, small interference RNAs, and aptamers. Antisense oligonucleotides and small interference RNAs silence mRNA by binding to complementary sequences, while aptamers inhibit protein-protein interactions. Chemical modifications enhance the stability of these agents. Determining RNA structures using techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance, cryogenic electron microscopy and sequencing is crucial for therapy development. Izzivi pri razvoju terapij RNA vključujejo dinamično naravo RNA, omejeno kemijsko raznolikost ter težave pri selektivnem ciljanju</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-L2F6ZXC2"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-L2F6ZXC2" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L2F6ZXC2/b28be1a7-456d-46d1-9bc6-a545f7b24eb2/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Slovensko farmacevtsko društvo</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L2F6ZXC2/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-L2F6ZXC2" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
