These questions are crucial for understanding the relationship between the written dramatic text and its stage realization, while also opening up space for justifying various translation choices and interventions in the first trans-lation. In this paper, we first discuss the different approaches to the concept of speakability, which are classified into two main groups: the first an intra-textual approach, in which speakability is understood as an intrinsic feature of the dramatic text, while the second argues for an extra-textual, process-oriented approach, in which speakability is the result of the collaboration of various actors in the process. In the empirical part of the article, these theoretical orientations are applied to a specific example: the Finnish play Kokkola by Leea Klemola, translated by Julia Potrč Šavli and staged by the Celje Theatre, directed by Živa Bizovičar, where a translation into the Zasavje dialect was also prepared (Jaša Drnovšek). Based on a few specific examples, we analyse the differences between the original translation, the prompt book, and the stage text (in the premiere performance), as well as how these textual changes occurred. We then examine in more detail the ideological reasons for the use of dialect on stage and compare the reasons for such linguistic choices between the original performance in Finnish (or the Kokkola dialect) and the use of the selected dialect in the Celje performance. The paper concludes with a reflection on how the use of dialect was evaluated in critical responses, and what this means for understanding speakability in contemporary performance practice"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Ena osrednjih tem sodobnega gledališkega prevodoslovja je koncept govorljivosti, ki se nanaša na vprašanja, kot so: kaj daje dramskemu besedilu performativno moč, kakšen mora biti prevod, da je primeren za oder, in kako opredeliti prevod kot govorljiv ali negovorljiv. Ta vprašanja so ključna za razumevanje odnosa med pisanim dramskim tekstom in njegovo odrsko realizacijo, obenem pa odpirajo prostor za utemeljevanje različnih prevajalskih odločitev in posegov v izhodiščno bese-dilo. V prispevku najprej obravnavamo različne pristope raziskovalk in raziskovalcev koncepta govorljivosti. Ti pristopi se večinoma razvrščajo v dve glavni skupini: prva zagovarja znotrajbe-sedilni pristop, kjer se govorljivost razume kot inherentna značilnost dramskega besedila, druga pa govori o zunajbesedilnem, procesnem pristopu, v katerem je govorljivost rezultat sodelovanja različnih akterjev v uprizoritvenem procesu. Ta teoretska izhodišča nato v empiričnem delu pri-spevka apliciramo na konkreten primer: finsko dramsko besedilo Kokkola avtorice Leee Klemola, v prevodu Julije Potrč Šavli in v odrski postavitvi Slovenskega ljudskega gledališča Celje v režiji Žive Bizovičar, kjer je bil pripravljen še prevod v zasavsko narečje (Jaša Drnovšek). Na nekaj kon-kretnih primerih replik analiziramo razlike med izhodiščnim prevodom, šepetalsko knjigo in upri-zoritvenim besedilom (v premierni predstavi), pa tudi, kako je do teh besedilnih sprememb tudi prišlo. Nadalje podrobneje razčlenimo ideološka izhodišča za rabo narečja na odru in primerjamo razloge za takšno jezikovno izbire med izvirno uprizoritvijo v finščini (oz. kokkolskem narečju) z rabo izbranega narečja v celjski uprizoritvi. Prispevek sklenemo s premislekom o tem, kako je bila raba narečja ocenjena v kritiškem odzivu ter kaj to pomeni za razumevanje govorljivosti v sodobni uprizoritveni praksi"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-KZZ1K81G","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-KZZ1K81G"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KZZ1K81G/54534a69-b43c-45ea-abe8-8558681b6dc8/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerza v Ljubljani, Filozofska fakulteta"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KZZ1K81G/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KZZ1K81G"}}}}
