To je osrednji namen programa Vodenje za učenje, v katerem se ravnatelji v majhnih skupinah vse leto posvečajo vsebini vodenja za učenje, ki jo opredelijo v strokovnih razpravah. Pri tem s pomočjo teorije, izmenjave izkušenj in konstruiranja novega znanja uvajajo izboljšave, katerih namen je izboljšati razmere za učenje učencev. V članku predstavljamo izkušnje skupine, ki se je v program vključila v šolskem letu 2012/2013 in je za svoje delovno področje izbrala spodbujanje v učence usmerjenega poučevanja in sodelovanja med strokovnimi delavci z uvajanjem oziroma razvijanjem medsebojnih hospitacij. Predstavljamo korake dela v šolah, tri različne primere medsebojnih hospitacij in pridobitve tako za učitelje kot za sodelujoče ravnatelje. Ugotavljamo, da je program odlična priložnost za strokovni razvoj ravnateljev, uvajanje medsebojnih hospitacij pa pomeni tudi spodbujanje medsebojnega učenja v šolah"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"It is necessary that the headteachers bring learning to the core of their actions and beliefs. This is the central objective of the Leadership for Learning programme where, all year round, principals in small groups focus on the area of leadership for education that they define in their professional discussions. By using theory, the exchange of experience and the construction of knowledge, they hereby introduce improvements intent on enhancing the conditions for student learning. This paper delineates the experience of a group that took part in the programme throughout the academic year of 2012/2013 and whose chosen area of work involves the promotion of student-oriented learning and teacher cooperation by means of introducing or developing peer observations. The paper discusses the working steps undertaken in schools, three different cases of peer observations, and various benefits gained by both, teachers and participating headteachers.
