To put it mildly, such a situation was unsatisfactory in terms of legal culture. In 2015, such research was finally undertaken in Slovenia and at the end of March 2019, we got the first scientific commentary of the special part of the Criminal Code. The scientific commentary was written by 47 authors and 33 professional assistants and was published in three volumes, with the main editors-in-chief being Katja Filipčič and Damjan Korošcec, both from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law. More than 3,000 pages were written on 291 Criminal Code articles. Since the first edition, four amendments have been adopted, with interventions in sexual and commercial criminal law being among the most theoretically and practically demanding. The first of the three books of the Revised Commentary was thus published in March 2023, and two more will follow"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Kazenski zakonik (KZ-1) v zgodovini Slovenije ni bil poglobljeno znanstveno komentiran v velikem raziskovalnem projektu. Z vidika skrbi za pravno kulturo je bilo tako stanje, milo rečeno, nezadovoljivo. Leta 2015 so se lotili izvedbe take raziskave tudi v Sloveniji, konec marca 2019 pa smo dobili tudi v tiskani obliki prvi znanstveni komentar posebnega dela Kazenskega zakonika. Pri pisanju znanstvenega komentarja, ki je izšel v treh zvezkih, je sodelovalo 47 avtorjev in 33 strokovnih pomočnikov, z glavnima urednikoma Katjo Filipčič in Damjanom Korošcem s Pravne fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani. Na več kot 3.000 straneh so komentirali posebni del KZ-1 (291 členov). Od prve izdaje so bile sprejete kar štiri novele, med njimi teoretsko in praktično še prav posebej zahtevne s posegi v spolno in gospodarsko kazensko pravo.
