It also presents a historical overview of labor dispute resolution in our territory. The currently applicable legislation governing these procedures, namely the Labour and Social Courts Act (ZDSS-1), has been in force since 2005; however, it has been amended several times since then and has lost many of its original provisions. The article outlines its key provisions as well as certain shortcomings. In conclusion, a proposal is made to initiate a broader professional discussion on all issues related to judicial procedures in labor disputes and undertake a comprehensive revision of the Act"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku je obravnavan sodni postopek za reševanje delovnih sporov. Predstavljen je tudi zgodovinski pregled reševanja delovnih sporov na našem ozemlju. Veljavni zakon, ki ureja postopek reševanja delovnih sporov, to je Zakon o delovnih in socialnih sodiščih (ZDSS-1), se uporablja od leta 2005, vendar je bil od takrat že večkrat spremenjen in je izgubil številne prvotne določbe.
