The contribution presents its development over time, its general structure and the supervisory machinery, such as the reporting system and the collective complaints procedure, and focuses on the relevant Charter provisions on labour rights. Recent case-law of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) in the area of labour rights is presented. Special attention is given to the ECSR Conclusions 2018. Decisions on the UWE complaints (the right to equal pay) and in the case ICTU v. Ireland (the right to collective bargaining for the self-employed workers) are shortly presented as well</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Evropska socialna listina, podpisana leta 1961 v Torinu, skupaj z dodatnimi protokoli in revidirano verzijo iz leta 1996, je instrument Sveta Evrope, ki zagotavlja ekonomske in socialne človekove pravice, med njimi tudi individualne in kolektivne delavske pravice. Prispevek predstavi njen razvoj skozi čas, splošno strukturo Listine in nadzorni mehanizem, kot sta sistem rednega poročanja in postopek kolektivnih pritožb, ter se osredotoči na relevantne določbe Listine o delavskih pravicah. Predstavi novejšo prakso Evropskega odbora za socialne pravice (EOSP) na področju delavskih pravic. Posebna pozornost je dana Sklepom 2018.
