The aim of this study was to identify the most common person-centred care interventions in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted in the PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCO), MEDLINE, and Web of Science databases. The review included studies on populations over 18 years of age that contained an intervention based on the principles of person-centred care. To evaluate the strength and reliability of the findings, the quality of the studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal checklist and the hierarchy of evidence. Results: Of 254 records, 11 studies were included in the final analysis. Eight were classified as "Level 2" (randomised clinical trials), and three as "Level 5" (observational studies). Most studies included over 100 participants, and intervention duration ranged from six weeks to two years. The effects were heterogeneous: some studies reported improvements in blood pressure and lipid control, reduction of risk factors, increased self-efficacy, and better return to work, while others showed no significant differences between intervention and control groups.Discussion and conclusion: Person-centred care appears to be a promising approach to improving self-management and lifestyle modification in patients with cardiovascular disease. No studies of this kind have yet been conducted in Slovenia, highlighting the need for further research</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Uvod: Oskrba, osredotočena na osebo, je pristop, ki postavlja pacienta v središče obravnave in predstavlja pomemben element pri preprečevanju kroničnih bolezni. Metode: Izvedli smo sistematični pregled literature v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCO), MEDLINE in Web of Science. V slovenskem prostoru tovrstnih raziskav še ni, zato so potrebne nadaljnje raziskave</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-KM1KJPRK"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-KM1KJPRK" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KM1KJPRK/c7ea4c8e-d2cf-4d31-a094-6fe3877a6720/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Zbornica zdravstvene in babiške nege Slovenije - Zveza strokovnih društev medicinskih sester, babic in zdravstvenih tehnikov Slovenije</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KM1KJPRK/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KM1KJPRK" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
