V tem času je bila omogočena samo izposoja e-knjig. Pri testiranju sistema BIBLOS je sodelovalo deset slovenskih splošnih in ena specialna knjižnica. Te po velikosti segajo od manjših lokalnih pa vse do največjih slovenskih knjižnic: Mestna knjižnica Ljubljana, Mariborska knjižnica, Mestna knjižnica Kranj, Knjižnica Ivana Tavčarja Škofja Loka, Knjižnica dr. Toneta Pretnarja Tržič, Knjižnica A. T.
