The surfaces were blasting with glass balls with the average diameter of 150 ?$\\mu$?m and alumina with the average size of particles of 10 ?$\\mu$?m. We found that during the blasting a layer rich in sand is formed on the surface. The characteristic dimensions of the particles of material on the surface is much lower that the original size of sand. Investigations with the electron microscope showed a rich relief in contrary to the original surface. Both the relief and the composition of the surface are changed substantially after the treatment of the surface with fluorine acid"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Preiskovali smo vpliv različnih vrst peskanja na sestavo in morfologijo titanovih trakov iz triodne ionsko naprševalne ultra visokovakuumske črpalke. Površino smo peskali s steklenimi kroglicami povprečnega premera 150?$\\mu$?m in aluminijevim oksidom s pšovprečno velikostjo zrn 10?$\\mu$?m. Ugotovili smo, da se med peskanjem na površini titanovih trakov formira tanka plast meteriala, s katerim obdelujemo površino. Pri tem je karakteristična razsežnost drobcev materiala precej manjša od originalne velikosti zrn peska. Preiskave površine z elektronskim mikroskopom so pokazale bogat relief, kar jev nasprotju z originalno površino titana.
