Based on the analysis of two projects – Craftwork and Heritage & Modernity – it demonstrates that these calls operate on two levels: as discursive mechanisms that regulate the valuation of handicraft through specific signifiers, and as material managerial regimes that organise the conditions of production through institutional requirements. Thus, these calls do not function merely as a form of support but rather as active governance processes that simultaneously produce regimes of valuation and the material conditions of handicraft practice. The article argues that European policies do not only facilitate but actively transform handicraft within the framework of the creative industries</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek analizira, kako evropski razpisi v procesih projektifikacije sooblikujejo rokodelstvo v Sloveniji. Članek trdi, da evropske politike ne le omogočajo, temveč aktivno preoblikujejo rokodelstvo v okviru kreativnih industrij</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-KG80XQI7"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-KG80XQI7" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KG80XQI7/ad490305-01fe-4fa1-8780-a970894cc6bc/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Filozofska fakulteta (Oddelek za etnologijo in kulturno antropologijo)</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KG80XQI7/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KG80XQI7" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
