They are important not only for ensuring existence and free development of every individual, but of society as such. To enable highest attainable standard of health a well-functioning public healthcare system is required. It should provide for all kinds of access to healthcare. Geographical access shall provide not only for proximity of a healthcare provider, but also its quality and safety. Timely access has to be evaluated individually and not administratively. Essential is also economic access, making healthcare affordable. Procedural access has to guarantee bodies and available procedures to enforce and protect the rights. Informational access shall provide for well-informed patients and healthcare providers. All research fields provide for more equitable access to healthcare and in all aspects further improvement is desirable</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Številni politični in pravni dokumenti poudarjajo pomen dostopa do visokokakovostnih zdravstvenih storitev in medicinskih stvari. Vse obravnavane vrste dostopa pripomorejo k pravičnejši dostopnosti do zdravstvenega varstva in na vseh področjih so možne izboljšave</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-KE9P9KE9"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-KE9P9KE9" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KE9P9KE9/6626240b-ca48-465a-8c3c-ae1ea7fbcd61/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Inštitut za delo pri Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KE9P9KE9/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-KE9P9KE9" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
