The article explores the ACW as a collaborative PA platform inviting different stakeholders to co-participate in the context of identified social, cognitive, and professional boundaries, through boundary spanning. The ACW is evaluated by its holders' goals, a survey of users, and a SWOT analysis, which determined it to be one of the possible ways to systematically enhance the collaboration of PA stakeholders in the form of partnerships and networking in order to strive for good public government and governance"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Upravna svetovalnica (US) je bila vzpostavljena leta 2009 kot aplikativni portal študije in tolmačenja upravno-procesnih in povezanih dilem, a v sklopu širšega projekta znanstvenega značaja v smislu interdisciplinarnega raziskovanja upravnih razmerjih in participacije v njih. Članek obravnava US kot platformo sodelovalne javne uprave, saj omogoča in razvija vključevanje različnih deležnikov v upravnih postopkih ter jih povezuje prek sicer obstoječih družbenih, kognitivnih in profesionalnih meja. US je evalvirana večplastno, tako s strani anketiranih uporabnikov različnih skupin kot prek SWOT analize.
