This paper presents the general structure of the House of Quality for vocational secondary schools and the results of a House of Quality construction for one Slovenian vocational secondary school. V primeru srednjega poklicnega izobraževanja so stranke dijaki, njihovi starši. Ministrstvo za šolstvo in šport ter delodajalci. V prispevku je prikazana splošno veljavna struktura hiše kakovosti za srednje poklicne šole ter rezultati gradnje le-te za eno od slovenskih srednjih poklicnih šol. V skupino gradnje hiše kakovosti so bili vključeni delavci srednje poklicne šole ter dva zunanja sodelavca Laboratorija za proizvodne sisteme Fakultete za strojništvo v Ljubljani.
