In addition to that cluster sets should enable weightlifters to execute repetitions within the given set while lowering maximal power output and velocity losses. This case study of a successful and well-experienced Slovenian weightlifter assessed how four different training protocols affect the technical parameters of snatch. To do that, we have looked at previous research and created a comparable individualized snatch technical model. Since the subject performed lifts with 80% 1RM, we have also checked the differences between the parameters of these lifts and already established frameworks of maximum lifts closer to 100% 1RM. We found that the presented protocols have different effects on the snatch technical execution. The second protocol with cluster sets and a 3-minute break between series with two repetitions proved to be the most suitable for maintaining optimal technical snatch performance. The fourth protocol, which also included cluster sets and a 3-minute rest between sets of four repetitions, was also shown to be effective if performed with fewer sets. Based on our results, we conclude that differences are present at 80% 1RM compared to maximal attempts from a technical snatch point of view and should be studied more closely in the future. We believe that for a correct analysis of the technical parameters of lifts, it is crucial to interpret only those concerning the individual‘s anthropometric characteristics. Finally, we found that complex 3D kinematic analysis is superior for precise and detailed analysis"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Serije s prekinitvami so na podlagi raziskav potencialno uporabna trenažna metoda za izvedbo večjega volumna kakovostno izvedenih olimpijskih dvigov. Poleg tega je teoretična prednost serij s prekinitvami tudi izvedba večjega števila dvigov v seriji ob manjšem upadu dosežene največje moči in največje hitrosti. S študijo primera uspešnega in izkušenega slovenskega dvigalca uteži smo želeli ugotoviti, kako štirje različni vadbeni protokoli vplivajo na tehnično izvedbo potegov. Zato smo oblikovali individualiziran model obravnave tehnične izvedbe potegov, primerljiv s predhodnimi raziskavami. Merjenec je izvajal potege z 80 % 1 RM, na podlagi česar smo analizirali tudi razlike glede na že ugotovljene vrednosti tehničnih parametrov potegov višjih intenzivnosti, bližje 100 % 1 RM. Ugotovili smo, da imajo predstavljeni protokoli različne vplive na tehnično izvedbo potegov. Kot najprimernejši z vidika optimalne tehnične izvedbe se je izkazal protokol, ki je vključeval serije s prekinitvami z dvema ponovitvama in triminutni odmor med serijami. Ob manjšem številu serij so uporabne tudi serije s prekinitvami s po štirimi ponovitvami in triminutnim odmorom med serijami. Na podlagi naših rezultatov sklepamo, da so s tehničnega vidika izvedbe pri 80 % 1 RM določene razlike v primerjavi z maksimalnimi poskusi, ki so bližje 100 % 1 RM. Menimo, da bi bilo treba te razlike v prihodnosti natančneje preučiti. Ugotavljamo, da je za korektno analizo tehničnih parametrov dvigov ključno upoštevati posameznikove antropometrijske značilnosti.
