Avtorica pudari in analizira pomen in vlogo evalvacije institucije in evalvacije programa. Primerja modele evalvacije, ki so se v zadnjih desetletjih uveljavili v svetu, z modelom Ponudimo odraslim kakovostno izobraževanje - POKI, ki ga razvijajo v Andragoškem centru Slovenije. V sklepnem delu prispevka poda analizo in kritično oceno tega modela.
