Obravnavanaje kakovost življenja na domu s stališča teorij zdravstvene nege Virginije Henderson, Caliste Roy in Dorothee Orem. Tematika kakovosti življenja je tesno povezana z modelom občutljivosti in stresa. S teoretičnega vidika se dotika invalidnosti kot vzroka stiske, ter socialnega okolja, predvsem družine in družinskih konfliktov ter svetovalnega dela v družini, ki v raziskavo ni bila zajeta. Preiskovanec ima zadovoljene tako materialne in neosebne ter socialne potrebe kakor tudi potrebe po osebnem razvoju. V treh letih po poškodbi je razvil pozitivno samopodobo. Lahko zaključim, da preiskovanec živi kakovostno življenje.
