It presents the activities and tasks completed within the project with an emphasis on three main project work packages: EOD service implementation, dissemination and communication and market analysis. A statistical overview of the EOD eBooks orders received by NUK from 2007 to 2009 is given and the results of market analysis are presented. The article concludes with an overview of current EOD network activities and some future projections"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek ponuja vpogled v projektno delo kot eno izmed možnih sinergijskih rešitev pri izvajanju zahtevnejših nalog na področju uvajanja novih knjižničnih storitev. Predstavljene so aktivnosti in potek dela v okviru evropskega projekta DOD v obdobju preteklih treh let, s poudarkom na treh pomembnejših delovnih sklopih: vzpostavitevstoritve EOD, diseminacija in komunikacija z javnostjo ter analiza trga. Temu sta dodana pregled nekaterih statističnih in splošnih podatkov o naročilih EOD e-knjig, ki smo jih v NUK prejeli med letoma 2007 in 2009, ter posameznih rezultatov analize zadovoljstva uporabnikov.
