In the main part of article, some results of the questionnaire given to the participants of the 2013 competition are presented and discussed, focusing specifically on the perceptions of success (or lack of it) in relation to the participants performance in the following areas:reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, intercultural knowledge, oral communication (in written form) and written composition</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Il contributo si prefigge, in primo luogo, di presentare una breve rassegna della storia e della strutturazione attuale del concorso nazionale di conoscenza dell'italiano come lingua straniera/seconda in Slovenia. In seguito vengono esaminati i risultati dell inchiesta svolta tra i partecipanti dell'edizione 2013 sulle ragioni e motivazioni per la partecipazione a questa competizione, ma in primo luogo sulla percezione del proprio successo (o meno) e sulla soddisfazione. In base all'analisi e stato possibile presentare le preferenze dei partecipanti per le singole abilita verificate nelle prove: lettura, lessico, grammatica, aspetti interculturali, comunicazione orale (periscritto), tema scritto</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Namen prispevka je predstaviti, po kratkem pregledu zgodovine tekmovanja iz tujih jezikov in sestavi sedanjega državnega tekmovanja iz italijanščine kot tujega in kot drugega jezika, izsledke na podlagi vprašalnika med učenci osnovnih in srednjih šol, ki so se letos udeležili državnega tekmovanja.
