Education plays an important role in developing cognitive reserve and promoting a healthy lifestyle, which can reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases and improve treatment outcomes. Despite the progress already made, this area is still the subject of intensive further research, which will be crucial to better understand the mechanisms behind the association between lifestyle and neurodegenerative diseases"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Vpliv življenjskega sloga na razvoj nevrodegenerativnih bolezni je kompleksen in vključuje veliko dejavnikov, kot so debelost, prehrana in od nje odvisna črevesna mikrobiota, fizična aktivnost, kajenje, socialni stiki ter izobrazba. Debelost prispeva h kroničnemu vnetju, ki lahko poškoduje možgane, medtem ko lahko spremembe v črevesni mikrobioti nevrovnetje še poslabšajo. Izobrazba igra pomembno vlogo pri razvoju kognitivne rezerve in spodbujanju zdravega življenjskega sloga, kar lahko zmanjša tveganje za nevrodegenerativne bolezni in izboljša rezultate zdravljenja.
