The project was based on the authors' encounters with the refugees in two centres in Slovenia in time of the 2015 refugee crisis; these were then reworked into short visual and narrative stories. The aim of the analysis is to look into the pedagogical potentials of the unique combination of fiction, biographical data and illustration, as employed in the project, and the impact such a reconstruction of the biographic voice may have on public memory. This impact is examined in relation to theories of photography and its memorial power in the 20th centuryČlanek obravnava medijski projekt avtoric Widad Tamimi in Vesne Bukovec, ki ga je med januarjem in marcem 2016 predstavljal časopis Delo. Projekt je temeljil na srečanjih avtoric z begunci v begunskem centru v času t. i. begunske krize. Avtorici sta pričevanja predelali v pripovedi z ilustracijo. Analiza se osredotoča na pedagoško moč kolaža biografije, fikcije in vizualne reprezentacije in proučuje učinek na javni spomin.
