The article depicts the instructions by which the right to a burial was taken away from the executed, who had also been erased from public memory for several decades. These burial grounds became known as concealed graves. Following the democratic changes of 1990, hundreds such graves were registered, but it was not until 2006 that planned analyses of them were set in motion. After the discovery of the mass grave in Huda Jama in 2009, when the government almost terminated the exploration of such graves, all the weaknesses of the existing War Graves Act of 2003 took shape. The new Concealed War Graves and Burial of Victims Act from 2015 enabled the continuation of excavation, research, and the settling of concealed graves</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V Sloveniji so po koncu 2. svetovne vojne pripadniki vojske in politične policije novih jugoslovanskih komunističnih oblasti pomorili več deset tisoč vojnih ujetnikov in civilistov - nasprotnikov partizanskega gibanja in revolucije. Novo sprejeti zakon o prikritih grobiščih in pokopu žrtev iz leta 2015 je omogočil nadaljevanje prekopov, raziskav in urejanj zamolčanih grobišč</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-IUMWBNTE"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-IUMWBNTE" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-IUMWBNTE/e730464258-84ac841376ad-7-1ed1b07-45/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Zgodovinsko društvo dr.
