It shows that transnational neoliberalism is linked with the neoliberal masculinism, which appears as neopatriarchy and intends to answer the problems of global economic inequalities: the shortage of the jobs; the increased need for care work; ecological catastrophes and mass migrations. Instead of focusing on these issues, women have become scapegoats and are seen as guilty for societal crises. In order to discipline them, repatriarchalisation and retraditionalisation by political leaders have increased as well as by the winners and losers of the transnational neoliberalism, who use religious and nationalist ideologies to control women. The formation of neopatriarchy in post-socialist countries and in Western countries is diverse; the analysis of the different phenomena carried out in this study, from the media representations, political programmes, films and everyday normalisation of violence, show its varied appearances</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek analizira fenomen neopatriarhata, ki je nadaljevanje klasičnega patriarhata v neoliberalnih razmerah. Pojavne oblike neoliberalizma v postsocialističnih državah in državah klasičnih kapitalizmov so raznovrstne; analiza različnih pojavov in fenomenov, od medijskih reprezentacij in političnih pamfletov do filma in vsakdanjih pojavov normaliziranega nasilja, kaže na njegovo raznovrstnost</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-INV1MTEI"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-INV1MTEI" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INV1MTEI/c03d1413-1f24-47f6-8429-6775529e0bdd/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Znanstvena založba Filozofske fakultete</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INV1MTEI/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INV1MTEI" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
