We consider an average of at least three good loadings with each leg to be a reliable assessment of kinetic parameters and variables of gait. Due to limited number of force plates, their fixed location, variable step length and different lengths of lower limbs is this rarely achieved in less than twenty trials, which is often very tiring. Methods: Gait guiding trail is a projection of footprints on the floor in the gait direction in such a way that at least one footprint is correctly located on a force plate. We tested the system in a test and in a control groups, each including ten children. In both groups we determined how many trial repetitions were necessary to appropriately load the force plates at least three times with the left and three times with the right leg. Results: The results show that such a guiding trail may reduce the number of trial repeitions that ensure appropriate force plate loading almost by a half. This difference is statistically significant (p = 0.001). Conclusion: Reducing the number of necessary trial repetitions by using gait guiding trail is crucial when gait is to tiring due to more expressive anomalies. By doing this we ensure consistency and small variability of results as well as very accurate and representative gait pattern of each individual"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Izhodišča: Pri klinični analizi hoje je za kvantitativno ocenjevanje kinetičnih parametrov in spremenljivk nujno, da preiskovanec pri hoji pritiskovno ploščo obremeni samo z eno nogo in s celim stopalom, vendar v ta namen ne sme prilagoditi dolžine koraka. Zanesljivo oceno kinetičnih parametrov in spremenljivk predstavlja povprečje vsaj treh tovrstnih ustreznih obremenitev z vsako nogo. Če je merilnih plošč malo, zaradi njihove nespremenljive postavitve, spremenljive dolžine korakov in različnih dolžin spodnjih udov to redko dosežemo v manj kot dvajsetih ponovitvah hoje, kar je za preiskovanca pogosto zelo naporno. Metode: Stezo za usmerjanje hoje predstavlja projekcija sheme stopal na svetlem traku, ki teče čez merilne plošče v smeri hoje tako, da je projekcija vsaj enega stopala v mejah pritiskovne plošče. Sistem smo preizkusili pri desetih otrocih v testni in desetih otrocih v kontrolni skupini. Pri obeh skupinah smo zapisovali, kolikokrat je hojo treba ponoviti, da bo otrok ustrezno obremenil pritiskovno ploščo vsaj trikrat z levo in trikrat z desno nogo. Rezultati: Rezultati kažejo, da je z uporabo sistema za usmerjanje hoje število ponovitev hoje, ki zagotavljajo zadostno število ustreznih obremenitev pritiskovnih plošč z levo in desno nogo, mogoče skoraj prepoloviti. Razlika je statistično značilna (p = 0,001). Zaključki: Zmanjšanje števila potrebnih ponovitev hoje z uporabo sistema za usmerjanje hoje je ključnega pomena pri pacientih, ki zaradi bolj izraženih anomalij težko hodijo. Na ta način lahko zagotovimo konsistentnost in majhno variabilnost rezultatov in zato tudi natančen in reprezentativen vzorec hoje vsakega posameznika"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-INNSAIOG","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-INNSAIOG"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INNSAIOG/5f083011-e600-40eb-b988-dbef15fad5fb/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INNSAIOG/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-INNSAIOG"}}}}
