The working relationship defines service users and social workers as collaborators in a joint project and gives us the task of co-creating our shares in finding the solution. The working relationship enables the co-creation of solutions for complex problems to be referred to as an original help project. The authors, all social workes participating in a LIFE project, have consistently applied the concept of co-creation of working relationship in practice. Since the use of this concept has proved to be extremely effective, they present its contribution in comprehensible and useful way. Its use in practice and its unique importance for the practice of social work are presented. In the paper, they present aspects of help and support for families that have been proved to be useful in the LIFE project, or which are considered to have a key contribution to the effectiveness of helping families with many challenges. Such aspects were the following: establishment of working relationship, instrumental definition of the problem, and, as the most important elements, handling the situation from the strenght perspective, and ethics of participation</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Vzpostavljanje delovnega odnosa z uporabniki je v socialnem delu izjemno pomembna naloga. Delovni odnos namreč uporabnike in socialne delavke definira kot sodelavce v skupnem projektu, v katerem si prizadevamo soustvariti deleže v rešitvi. Delovni odnos omogoči, da je soustvarjanje rešitev za kompleksne probleme zastavljeno kot izviren delovni projekt pomoči. V okviru projekta LIFE so avtorice, vse socialne delavke, v praksi dosledno uporabljale koncept delovnega odnosa soustvarjanja. V procesu pomoči in podpore so se kot taki pokazali: vzpostavljanje delovnega odnosa, instrumentalna definicija problema in kot najpomembnejša elementa ravnanje iz perspektive moči in etika udeleženosti</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-ILG4NOP4"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-ILG4NOP4" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-ILG4NOP4/1179e026-6b7d-4539-86fc-303c555682c1/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za socialno delo</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-ILG4NOP4/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-ILG4NOP4" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
