Capitalism is driven by the logic of capital concentration, which is only possible with a continuous process of privatisation, i.e., the converting of all individualisable things into private property. The author builds this line of argument while presenting ideas from Aquivinas to Locke and Smith. Aquinas already perceives the power of bourgeois politics and the emerging mode of production, which with More makes an attempt at an alternative with the establishment of common ownership, whereas with Locke and Smith the victory of capitalism is conceptually closed in concepts that still apply today. Law and politics are at the service of the accelerated concentration of capital and accordingly develop solutions that are line with the reproduction of this world system</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek gradi na tezi, da je način produkcije življenja ljudi ključ do razumevanja razmerja med pravom in politiko. Pravo in politika sta v službi pohitrene koncentracije kapitala in v skladu s tem razvijata rešitve, ki ustrezajo reprodukciji tega svetovnega sistema</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-IFCLGOZ9"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-IFCLGOZ9" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-IFCLGOZ9/6e5224a4-8fe2-45f1-a1a8-5c28818cb330/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za družbene vede</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-IFCLGOZ9/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-IFCLGOZ9" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
