After an extended analysis of the existing relationships between records in the catalogue and the cataloguing rules, the procedure was limited to three relationships: translations, revisions and reproductions. Bibliographic records were clustered on the base of these relationships and the clusters were named ''All editions and translations''. When conceptualising the clusters we had several problems. The first dilemma was about treating intellectual and artistic works that are independent parts within wider entities, and treating these same creations that are independent entities. Depending on the catalogue size and the extent of the domestic publishing production it was decided that independent parts of larger entities should be treated the same as entities. The other dilemma was related to defining the work. Bibliographic records that are built only according to the principles of descriptive cataloguing do not contain enough data to ensure reliable identification of the same intellectual or artistic creation or allow for a clear distinction between works. This is why several different algorithms for individual types of resources were created for merging the records. The use of these algorithms allowed for the linking of the actual structures of bibliographic records with the framework scheme, for which it is assumed that it might be interesting to the users. The analysis of the clusters ''All editions and translations'' will contribute towards the improvement of algorithms used to identify bibliographic relationships in the catalogue. The further development of the COBISS+ structured catalogue is seen in the transition to modern cataloguing rules that take into account the FRBR conceptual model or the IFLA Library Reference Model (IFLA LRM). These should provide options for restructuring the existing records in the demanding procedure of defining entities and the relationships between them, on which the COBISS structured catalogue shall be based in the future</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Skupaj z zasnovo COBISS+ smo želeli začeti postopek prestrukturiranja katalogov v sistemu COBISS po modelu FZBZ, vendar smo se po daljši analizi sedanjih odnosov med zapisi v katalogu in katalogizacijskih pravil omejili na tri odnose; to so prevodi, revizije in reprodukcije. Analiza skupkov ''Vse izdaje in prevodi'' bo prispevala k izboljšanju algoritmov, s katerimi identificiramo bibliografske odnose v katalogih. Nadaljnji razvoj strukturiranega kataloga COBISS+ vidimo v prehodu na sodobna katalogizacijska pravila, ki upoštevajo konceptualni model FZBZ oziroma Iflin knjižnični referenčni model (angl. IFLA Library Reference Model ali IFLA LRM). V tem vidimo prostor za prestrukturiranje sedanjih zapisov v zahtevnem postopku določanja entitet in odnosov med njimi, na katerih želimo utemeljiti strukturirane kataloge COBISS v prihodnosti</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-I8UGA091"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-I8UGA091" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-I8UGA091/1cffc680-5ff6-486d-a8a9-9a1e45132ca9/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Zveza bibliotekarskih društev Slovenije</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-I8UGA091/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-I8UGA091" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
