The author tried to answer the questions of what social networks are, their role in modern society, whether lawyers can contribute to the spread and consolidation of legal culture in society, and the reputation of the legal profession by appearing on social networks. In doing so, the author draws attention to the possibilities and benefits for the wider social public if a lawyer publishes, comments, thinks about, and shares professional legal content on a social network and, in this way, contributes to the behaviour of the social environment about the role of law and the functioning of legal institutions"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Temeljna vsebina prispevka je obravnava vprašanja, ali je nastopanje pravnika na družbenem omrežju z vidika pravniškega poklicnega poslanstva primerno. Avtor poskuša odgovoriti na vprašanja, kaj so družbena omrežja, kakšna je njihova vloga v sodobni družbi in ali lahko pravniki z nastopom na družbenem omrežju pripomorejo k širjenju in utrjevanju pravne kulture v družbi in k ugledu pravniškega poklica.
