This requires a thorough reflection on how to regulate these relationships in order to preserve and implement the fundamental principles of labour law. This is even more true for collective labour relations, where many of the risks of artificial intelligence can be resolved and managed through dialogue between the social partners. This includes, among other things, adequate education and training of workers for working in a digital environment and with artificial intelligence systems</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Umetna inteligenca dnevno prinaša nova orodja ter spreminja načine opravljanja dela, kar že vpliva na odnose med delavci in delodajalci. Zato je potreben temeljit razmislek, kako urejati te odnose, da se bodo ohranila in uresničevala temeljna načela delovnega prava. Toliko bolj to velja za kolektivna delovna razmerja, saj je mogoče marsikatero tveganje umetne inteligence razreševati in obvladati v dialogu med socialnimi partnerji.
