The proposed thesis is that the fourth and fifth Tendencies can be understood as a logical continuation of the first three exhibitions rather than the consequence of a radical break in the movement, as they have been interpreted by earlier generations of art historians. The text also calls attention to the affinities between conceptual and computer art in the late 1960'sBesedilo predstavlja in analizira gibanje Nove tendence, ki se je pričelo v Zagrebu leta 1961. Posebej se osredotoča na četrto in peto edicijo Novih tendenc, ki sta v Zagrebu predstavili prve raziskave v polju računalniške umetnosti. Besedilo vzpostavlja tezo, da je četrte in pete Tendence mogoče razumeti kot logično nadaljevanje prejšnjih treh razstav in ne kot posledico radikalnega preloma v gibanju, kakor ga razumejo starejše generacije umetnostnih zgodovinarjev.
