Data model and work with the program in the form of terminal windows are presented, with a special stress on subjects of nursing care and peocess method of work. Comprehensive implementation of information solution, taking into account the requirements of the international calssification of the practice of bnursing care, is describedV članku sta predstavljena računalniško podprt informacijski sistem patronažne zdravstvene nege in njegova vloga. Razvoj tega poteka v okviru projekta Evropske unije IN-CO-COPERNICUS in je v fazi testiranja v praksi v dveh zdravstvenih domovih v Sloveniji. Prikazan je podatkovni model in delo s programom prek ekranskih oken s posebnim poudarkom na subjektih patronažne zdravstvene nege ter procesni metodi dela.
