Eighty elite handball players (age 22 ± 4 years; body mass 90.8 ± 10 kg; body height 189.8 ± 5.6 cm) were included in the study. The measurement protocol consisted of three jumps with each leg. Performance was recorded in the lateral and frontal planes with a recording frequency of 100 Hz. Using Kinovea software, we calculated the inclinations and angles at the time-point of the lowest estimated vertical position of the greater trochanter between body segments in the lateral (shin, thigh, trunk) and frontal (shin, thigh, pelvis, and trunk) planes. Using the paired-samples t-test, we found statistically significant differences in jump height between the dominant and non-dominant leg. Multiple regression analyses showed that for the dominant leg, the angle of the thigh when the body is at its lowest position greatly affects jump height; specifically, a steeper thigh angle results in a lower jump height. We did not find any significant kinematic variables that predict jump height for the non-dominant leg. Other research has indicated that a greater thigh inclination during push-off and landing increases the risk of lower limb injuries. Based on the results of our research, we can conclude that a lower inclination of the thigh in the frontal plane during the push-off phase is also a predisposing factor for higher single-leg countermovement jump height"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti vpliv tehnične izvedbe na višino enonožnega skoka z nasprotnim gibanjem pri rokometaših. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 80 vrhunskih rokometašev (starost 22 ± 4 leta; telesna masa 90,8 kg ± 10 kg; telesna višina 1,9 ± 0,06 m). Protokol meritev je obsegal tri enonožne skoke z vsako nogo. Tehnika skoka je bila posneta v bočni in čelni ravnini s frekvenco snemanja 100 Hz. S programsko opremo Kinovea smo v trenutku najnižjega ocenjenega vertikalnega položaja velikega trohantra izračunali naklone in kote med telesnimi segmenti v bočni (golen, stegno, trup) in čelni (golen, stegno, medenica in trup) ravnini. S t-testom za odvisne vzorce smo ugotovili statistično značilne razlike v višini skoka med dominantno in nedominantno nogo. Z multiplo linearno regresijsko analizo smo za dominantno nogo ugotovili, da ima največji vpliv na višino skoka spremenljivka naklon stegna v čelni ravnini v trenutku najnižjega položaja velikega trohantra, in sicer večji kot je naklon stegna, nižji je skok. Za nedominantno nogo nismo našli kinematičnih spremenljivk, ki bi statistično značilno napovedovale višino enonožnega skoka z nasprotnim gibanjem. Izsledki dosedanjih študij na tem področju prikazujejo, da je večji naklon stegna v čelni ravnini ob odrivu ali pristanku dejavnik tveganja za nastanek poškodb spodnjih ekstremitet.
