Strategic alliances, a manifestation of interorganisational cooperative strategies, entail the pooling of skills and resources by the alliance partners in order to achieve one or more goals linked to the strategic objectives of the cooperating firms. Each and every co-operation is not a strategic partnership, since the latter includes a developmental component and the long-term nature of continuous co-operations based on relationship marketing. However, strategic alliances are not simple or easy to create, develop, and support. In addition,we have to consider all of the risks linked with strategic alliances</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek se osredotoča na proces sodelovanja med podjetji pri dolgoročnih odnosih ali strateških zvezah. Strateške zveze kot manifestacija medorganizacijskih strategij sodelovanja predpostavljajo združevanje veščin in virov vseh vpletenih partnerjev, da bi s skupnimi močmi dosegli enega ali več ciljev, vezanih na strateške cilje sodelujočih podjetij. Vsako sodelovanjeni tudi strateško partnerstvo, ki vključuje razvojno komponento in dolgoročnost stalnega sodelovanja preko trženja na podlagi odnosov. Strateške povezave je potrebno vzpostaviti, jih razvijati in vzdrževati, kar pa ni enostavno.
