Their contribution to the development of these services and their professi-onal and scientific work in the field of climatology and meteorology are presented in the second part of the article. In the first part of the article, the position of climato-logical and meteorological content in the geography curriculum of the University of Ljubljana from its foundation in 1919 until today is presented, as all geographers who were or are active in the official meteorological services of Slovenia are graduates of the Department of Geography of the University of Ljubljana"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Do prihoda prvih diplomantov meteorologije v 50. letih 20. stoletja so imeli vodilno vlogo v uradnih meteoroloških službah na Slovenskem geografi.
