In doing so, we note that both approaches (statutory regulation or judicial determination of employment status) carry certain problems that must be taken into account when approaching the regulation of the platform economyV prispevku smo analizirali določene vidike pravne, filozofske in sociološke problematike sodnega določanja oziroma zakonske regulacije (nejasnega) zaposlitvenega statusa Uberjevih voznikov – v luči sodnega in zakonodajnega primera iz Združenega kraljestva ter ZDA.
