This is reflected in the growing influenceof of social constructivism theories on curriculum planning. While these theories shed light on the social aspect of the points of view, perspectives and classifications built into curricula, they are however blind to the fact that actors in education are nevertheless guided by spontaneous realism. The cognitive act, which is the unit of learning, is automatically tied to the notion of the cognitive object, which is independent of thought, is constant and has a stable identity. The spontaneous realism of learner and teacher can only be illuminated with the help of the concepts that have formedin realistic cognitive theories. The author of the paper approaches the task by exploring Plato's realistic cognitive theory and some of its consequences for the theory of education</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V javnih razpravah o šolstvu je vse več pozornosti deležna družbena razsežnostšolskega kurikula. To se odraža v naraščajočem vplivu, ki ga imajo na kurikularno načrtovanje teorije socialnega konstruktivizma. Če te teorije dobro osvetlijo družbenost gledišč, perspektiv in klasifikacij, ki so vgrajenev kurikule, pa so slepe za dejstvo, da akterje izobraževanja vendarle vodi spontani realizem. Spoznavni akt, ki je enota učenja, je samogibno vezan na predstavo o spoznavnem objektu, ki je neodvisen od mišljenja, stalen in imastabilno istovetnost. Spontani realizem učenca in učitelj lahko osvetlimo le s pomočjo konceptov, ki so nastali v realističnih spoznavnih teorijah.
