In the business world, we encounter the terms absenteeism and presentism, which represent a great financial burden for many companies. Regular physical activity reduces the symptoms of fatigue and somatization, promotes coping with stress, improves mood, quality of life and life satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine how "Feldenkrais for Bussines" (FFB) exercise affects the mental state of an individual in a work organization where employees have a mainly sedentary way of working. The study sample included 96 employees aged between 25 and 61 years. We observed differences in employees' self-confidence, perceived stress and coping with it, anxiety, personal strength, general well-being and life satisfaction and burnout. We found statistically significant improvements after a 10-week exercise program according to the Feldenkrais method in burnout, somatic anxiety, well-being, self-confidence and life satisfaction. The FFB method has proven to be an effective approach suitable for the business world</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Sodoben način življenja, sedeče delo in velike delovne obremenitve so velik stres za človeško telo. Vse pogosteje se v poslovnem svetu srečujemo s pojmoma absentizem in prezentizem, ki pomenita veliko finančno breme za podjetja. Redna telesna aktivnost zmanjša simptome utrujenosti in somatizacije, promovira spopadanje s stresom, izboljša razpoloženje, kvaliteto življenja in zadovoljstvo z življenjem. Metoda FFB se je izkazala za učinkovit pristop, primeren za poslovni svet</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-GE592DRT"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-GE592DRT" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-GE592DRT/911b0c4a-2e03-4ff8-9c97-607aa5dff61c/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-GE592DRT/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-GE592DRT" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
