Due to all the positive influences of carefully selected and organised basketball content, the latter was included in the primary and secondary school curricula. As protecting our health is of the utmost importance at the present time and knowing that appropriately organised sport activity has positive effects on a person's health as well as physical and motor development, we prepared some recommendations for the selection of basketball content for each training unit, along with advice on how to exercise safely during the COVID-19 epidemic. We also added concrete examples of four practice sessions with basketball content for primary schools and grammar schools"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"S košarkarsko vadbo učenci in dijaki razvijajo številne gibalne sposobnosti, se učijo sestavljenega mišljenja, nadzora nad prostorom ter gibanjem igralcev in žoge, poštenega obnašanja in spoštovanja pravil ter razvijajo socialne spretnosti in sodelovalne odnose. Zaradi vseh pozitivnih vplivov primerno izbranih in organiziranih košarkarskih vsebin imajo te mesto v osnovnošolskih in srednješolskih učnih načrtih. Ker je v trenutnih časih skrb za varovanje zdravja izredno pomembna, hkrati pa ima primerno organizirana športna dejavnost pozitivne vplive na zdravje ter posameznikov telesni in gibalni razvoj, smo pripravili priporočila za izbor košarkarskih vsebin v posameznem delu vadbene enote in nasvete za varno vadbo v času epidemije COVID-19.
