The first legislative act adopted in this field was the Brussels II Regulation of 2000. It unified, on the EU level, the rules on international jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and parental responsibility. In 2021, six EU regulations are in use in this field. In 2022, the second recast of the Brussels II Regulation will enter into force. Besides the mentioned cross-border procedural rules, the regulations also introduce a unified choice of law rules, while other EU regulations in the field of private international law enable simplified cross-border service of documents and taking of evidence. The number of unified rules in cross-border family disputes is thus growing, which enhances legal certainty of European families. However, the fragmented regulation and different temporal and territorial scopes of application of the \"family regulations\" result in a complex mosaic of rules, which is often unclear and difficult to apply. The paper aims to present a comprehensive view of the legislation in force and provides information on the interplay among different regulations. Thus, it strives to effect a rapid and correct application of this legislation, which is of crucial importance for European citizens. The paper also emphasises the importance of the broader context of the EU cooperation in family matters, namely the EU private international law in general, and of the international treaties in family law, especially the Hague conventions"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Potreba po čezmejnem sodelovanju v družinskih zadevah je bila v Evropski uniji zaznana in politično izražena ob koncu 20. stoletja, prvi zakonodajni akt s tega področja pa je bila uredba Bruselj II iz leta 2000, ki je na ravni EU poenotila pravila o mednarodni pristojnosti ter priznanju in izvršitvi sodnih odločb v zakonskih sporih in sporih o starševski odgovornosti. Leta 2021 uporabljamo že šest uredb s tega področja, leta 2022 pa bo začela veljati že drugič prenovljena uredba Bruselj II ter. Ob omenjenih čezmejnih procesnih pravilih uredbe določajo tudi skupna kolizijska pravila, medtem ko druge evropske uredbe s področja mednarodnega zasebnega prava omogočajo poenostavljeno čezmejno vročanje in dokazovanje. Korpus poenotenih pravil za urejanje čezmejnih družinskih sporov se z leti torej bogati, kar povečuje pravno varnost evropskih družin. Vendar je zaradi fragmentarnega urejanja in različne časovne ter predvsem teritorialne uporabe \"družinskih uredb\" področje zelo kompleksno in za uporabnike pogosto nepregledno in zapleteno. Prispevek skuša predstaviti celovit pogled na veljavno zakonodajo in opozoriti na najpomembnejše vidike razmerij med posameznimi pravnimi akti, s tem pa uporabnikom omogočiti hitro in pravilno uporabo teh za posameznike izredno pomembnih pravnih pravil. Hkrati je poudarjen pomen umestitve pravil čezmejnega sodelovanja v družinskih zadevah v širši kontekst mednarodnega zasebnega prava EU in tudi upoštevanja mednarodnopravnega okvira, predvsem Haaških konvencij z družinskega področja"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-G71X27O9","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-G71X27O9"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-G71X27O9/51663ad00c4-69-896dbd-914529e-e2afbb/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-G71X27O9/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-G71X27O9"}}}}
