As it is the only scientific journal in the field, it also reflects the evolving of library science in the country. The article focuses on the editorial board policy in the period of 2012 - 2015 in the context of prior research and bibliometric analyses of articles published in the journal. Statistical data and overviews outlining core themes and changes in professional and scientific publishing are given followed by a survey of most frequent themes in the last five years, resulting from development trends in the field. The recent development of information and communication technology led to new directions in library science, it caused significant changes in the profession and developed new tools and services. Consequently, the changes in the profession were reflected in the journal content and format. The findings on the state and development of Knjižnica from its beginnings up to the present time arise many questions about further directions of the journal"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Revija Knjižnica je najpomembnejši slovenski medij za znanstveno in strokovno komuniciranje na področju bibliotekarske in informacijske znanosti. Kot edina znanstvena revija za to področje je tudi odraz razvoja bibliotekarske znanosti in se razvija vzporedno z njo. Prispevek se osredotoča na uredniško obdobje od leta 2012-2015 in ga postavlja v kontekst preteklih raziskav in bibliometričnih analiz. V njem so zajeti nekateri statistični podatki in pregledi, ki kažejo na stalnice in tudi spremembe v okviru strokovnega in znanstvenega publiciranja slovenskih knjižnič- nih delavcev. Podan je tudi pregled najpogostejših vsebin prispevkov v reviji Knjižnica v zadnjih petih letih, ki so predvsem odraz novosti na področju, ki ga obravnava. V zadnjih desetletjih je razvoj informacijske in komunikacijske tehnologije namreč omogočil nove smeri razvoja bibliotekarstva, kar je vplivalo na preoblikovanje knjižničarske dejavnosti in razvoj novih orodij, ki so knjižničarjem omogočila uvajanje novih storitev. S tem so se spremenile vsebine revije, posodobili pa so se tudi načini njenega publiciranja.
