Slings Myofascial Training® celostno obravnava telo in duha, prispeva k boljšemu zavedanju telesa, saj poteka od znotraj navzven, in s tem k boljši telesni drži in gibalni učinkovitosti. Namen prispevka je predstaviti metodo vadbe, opisati, zakaj jo je priporočljivo izvajati in kako poteka, ter prikazati njene prednosti in vpliv vadbe na fascialni sistem.
